The Fenzi R&D department is involved
in three areas: studying new products, evolving existing
ones and ensuring compliance with increasingly strict environmental
regulations. This last area is certainly one of the hottest,
even though the company’s sensitivity has meant it
often implemented initiatives prior to these becoming binding
by law. Yet, the area that most motivates technicians and
managers is the development of new formulas and products.
This is due both to the fact that new ideas have a clear
commercial value and to the intellectual challenge posed
by the creative process.
